Easter is a time for eating Easter eggs… It only seems naturally that after gorging out on eating Easter Eggs (is that even possible?) to go a hunt for more Easter Eggs – this time of the software variety (but just as tasty).
Well here’s some of our all time favourite Google Easter eggs!
How often do you see an acid-tripping bunny…!
A classic mini game hidden in the depth of the labyrinths of Google… On the Google home page type “google easter egg” and click “I’m Feeling Lucky”.
You will be awarded with a game where the objective is to catch falling eggs in the basket. However catch eggs in the order G-O-O-G-L-E and your bunny will go on a hallucinogenic trip! Far out man!!!

Where is Chuck Norris?
Well Google will come to the rescue! Type “find chuck norris” into Google and click “I’m Feeling Lucky”.
The answer will be revealed!
Google Flight Simulator
No, we are not talking about Microsoft Flight Simulator here… but Google! Here’s how:
- Download Google Earth.
- Open the application, click on the globe and then press Ctrl+Alt+A.
- A dialog will now appear allowing you to choose one of the two aircraft (F16 “Viper” and SR22) and an airport.

An alternative route to the Big Apple!
An Easter egg which no longer works, but still as good… Google’s alternative suggested route from London to New York – swim! Some 3000km in all!
