It is very easy to take for granted the convenience and entertainment that the internet provides. So used we have become to having this modern marvel that it is almost impossible to concieve how we ever got by without it. I have taken it upon myself to undertake some research and find out how our ancestors lived before the internet took over the world. It’s surprising how little has changed!
Pictures of cats have always been a source of entertainment:
Victims of unfortunate circumstance were very often given musical accompaniment:
Children’s books depicted humorous scenes involving well known characters of the day:
As technology improved, crude moving picture entertainment provided intrigue to enthralled crowds:
And a then little known company began it’s quest to photograph the world:
And the rest, as they say, is history.
