			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8220;The internet &#8211; is that thing still around?&#8221; &#8211; so goes the quote from Homer Simpson.  Those memorable words rang in my ears upon seeing the sign below on a particularly chilly commute home.  For those of us looking for public transport information delivered to us painfully slowly, unclearly and from something called a television &#8211; Greater Manchester Public Transport (GMPTE) are encouraging us to use something called <strong>Teletext</strong>.</p>
