Some say…that he works for Fluid Creativity and he uses spoons to eat his chips.  All we know is – he doesn’t.  After last night’s trip go karting, it’s safe to say that none of the Fluid Creativity faithful can lay claim to being the Stig.

Race drivers have a diet that is tailor made to their individual needs, with a varied eating regime designed to help them in key areas.  They undertake intense cardiovascular routines to develop key muscle groups and compliment this with a diet high in protein.

So here we are down Harry Ramsdens:

Keep munching those chips, Graham.  There’ll be some protein in one of them!

And then it was on to the race briefing.  We had to listen carefully and attentively to ensure we were fluent in safety procedures and proper handling of the karts.

Scott was the first to spin off.

He also had the best helmet.

From left to right (below) we have Matt, Wayne and our intrepid leader, Lee – a veteran go karter and a man tipped to be the quickest round the track.

And here he is in the sin bin.

In spite of Lee ‘road rage’ Turner getting his team off to the worst possible start, the teams quickly climbed the rankings.  There’s an SEO joke in there somewhere…

The stats stayed in that order for the full 90 minutes and neither of Fluid Creativity’s teams were beaten by a team containing a guy that turned up in his own racing suit and helmet.

And the crowd went wild:

Go karting is a surprisingly draining sport but despite being shattered  and bathed in sweat, Matt managed to make it look…like he was shattered and bathed in sweat.

And here we all are looking like absolute legends in our racing gear.  From left to right we have Matt, myself, Wayne, Phil, Lee, Graham, Scott and Jeff.

Expect to see these lads driving too quickly in a pit lane near you soon.
