I recently watched the new James Bond film Quantum of Solace – rather than being enraptured by Gemma Arterton or the Aston DBS, I was more bothered about the amazing work that was done throughout by motion graphics studio MK12. As well as some utterly awesome UI designs used in the film, MK12 put together this really rather nice title sequence in the Bond tradition. Also look out for some nice use of typography by Brit legends Tomato when bond visits each location. Enjoy!

  • It makes me feel sick! Whenever I see 3D work like this I want to cry and bang my head on the table!

The 3D work is just perfect, Daniel Craig looks just like the real life version, and the particle effects of the sand and camera movements are just mind blowing, I am extremely jealous that my skills aren't to those standards and you will see me sulking for the rest of the day so please don't talk to me :(
